Gateway Counseling Cancelation Policy Please give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule or cancel within the 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the normal fee for your session. In addition if you are a no show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the normal fee for your session without notice.
